In consideration of Famti and all its officials, for the purposes of improving my life, and/or the life of my family, I hereby attest that I am aware that I am responsible and liable for my life and my decisions, and the same concerning my children and my family. Famti and its mentors simply give suggestions, with their products and services. I am aware that Famti LLC has a website and it is my responsibility to read the complete terms on there as I & my family, who I am operating on their behalf, are bound by them. I am aware I am agreeing to all the terms and waivers associated with Famti LLC online and offline, with or without a signature and just by interacting with this website.
I hereby confirm that I know Famti workers are not licensed counselors and they cannot prescribe medications, they are professional mentors. I signed myself, and/or my family up for mentorship with no pressure from Famti & its associates, and do not hold them responsible or liable for what is decided for myself, and/or my family based on their suggestions. I am aware they are a Christian organization, and I know their mentoring promotes the principles of God that is laid out in the Holy Bible and from experiences. For religious reason Famti nor its officials and associates do not attend court proceedings on behalf of any client or family member connected to a client, therefore I will not subpoena or approve for any of Famti mentors or officials to be subpoenaed by a lawyer on my behalf or a family members behalf.
I hereby indemnify and save and hold harmless my mentors, Famti associates, and Famti LLC from any loss, liability, damage and cost I may incur due to my participation in any of their programs, or in interacting with any of their staff, associates, participants, products, or services. I am aware that all my information and that of my family is held in strict confidence by Famti. I agree and give Famti permission to use as they see fit any recommendations, quotes, pictures, writings, or any materials used in conjunction with their service to me or relating to my connection to them. I release all rights to Famti LLC and its officials and will not hold us liable for use.
I have read and voluntarily signed this agreement and waiver, I am also aware that by making a payment to Famti or any of its mentors, or by taking a mentoring session paid or free, or by visiting their website, says that I agree with this agreement and waiver even if I do not sign, and I release Famti, its mentors & all officials from all liability on behalf of myself, and/or my family, and further agree that no oral agreements, representations, statements, or inducements apart from this written agreement have been made.
I am aware that Famti LLC and its mentors reserve the right to terminate or block clients, or service without notice as they see fit. I am aware that my session is not booked until payment is received, and if payment is not received my mentor will not be on the call. By reading this, visiting the Famti site or signing an appropriate document; on behalf of myself, and/or my family, I agree to this agreement and waiver, and release Famti LLC, its mentors, and associates from all liability, verbal, physical, emotional, applied, intended, or implied.
