MENTORING In consideration of Famti and all its officials, for the purposes of improving your life, and/or the life of your family, you hereby attest that you am aware that you are responsible and liable for your life and your decisions, and the same concerning your children and your family. You are aware that Famti and its mentors simply give suggestions. You hereby confirm that you know Famti workers are not licensed counselors and they cannot prescribe medications, they are professional mentors. You signed yourself, and/or your family up for mentorship through our website or obtain service offline with no pressure from Famti & its associates, and do not hold them responsible or liable for what is decided for yourself, and/or your family based on their suggestions.
You are aware we are a Christian organization, and you know our mentoring promotes the principles of God that is laid out in the Holy Bible and from experiences. You are aware for religious reason Famti nor its officials and associates do not attend court proceedings on behalf of any client and for any reason, therefore you will not subpoena or approve for any mentor, the company or any officials to be subpoenaed by a lawyer on your behalf or a family members behalf. You are acknowledging that you have informed anyone who can subpoena on your behalf that you have taken their right to do so with your participation in any of our services or by using any of our products and affiliations.
You hereby indemnify and save and hold harmless your mentors, Famti associates, and Famti LLC from any loss, liability, damage and cost you may incur due to your participation in any of their programs, or in interacting with any of their staff, associates, participants, products or services. You are aware that all your information and that of your family is held in strict confidence by Famti. You have read and voluntarily agree this agreement and waiver, you are also aware that by making a payment to Famti or any of its mentors, by viewing or using this site, or by taking a mentoring session paid or free, says that you agree with this agreement and waiver even if you do not sign anything on paper or electronically, and you release Famti, its mentors & all officials from all liability on behalf of yourself, and/or your family, and further agree that no oral agreements, representations, statements, or inducements apart from this agreement have been made. You agree to this agreement and waiver, and release Famti LLC, its mentors, and associates from all liability, verbal, physical, emotional, applied, intended, or implied.
Relating to mentoring and all other products and services we offer, you are aware that a session is not booked until payment has been made. A tangible or digital product will not be delivered until payment is made. You agree and understand that Famti LLC, its mentors, its associates and officials can terminate service without notice as they see fit. Famti LLC, its officials and mentors reserve the right to block any user without notice as we see fit on or offline.
TERMINATION This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Famti LLC You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Famti & it's companies also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly, deny you access to the Site, if in Famti LLC and its officials sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Famti & it's companies, you must promptly destroy all materials, downloaded or otherwise, obtained from this Site and offline, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
